Notley Tide provides funding and resources to nonprofit organizations at the front line of the fight for racial justice while activating and educating a community of monthly givers and corporate supporters.

Tide’s nonprofit partners advance racial justice through anti-racism research and policies, community empowerment, legal advocacy and litigation, mass incarceration, deportation, civic education, leadership development and issue advocacy.

Racial Justice Nonprofit Partners

“Notley Tide has been key in building relationships with community members and new donors who support our work. With Notley Tide’s support we have been able to bring on staff members, support the Austin community during the Texas Power Crisis, and support those experiencing homelessness and housing issues.”

Ishia Lynette
Austin Justice Coalition

“As a small organization that is growing rapidly, we are so fortunate to receive unrestricted funding; these contributions are allowing us to build the crucial infrastructure we need to sustain our organization.

I anticipated we’d receive operational expertise and guidance, but I didn’t expect to receive such constructive mental health and interpersonal support. Having moved to Austin shortly before COVID-19’s onset, it’s been challenging to make connections during these uncertain and socially-distanced times, and from the start I felt that the Notley Tide team was sincerely invested in fostering the Center for the Study of Race and Democracy’s growth and success on a variety of levels. I’ve greatly benefited from the mental health workshops, the mentorship coaching, and Minh Vu’s unwavering empathy. In a line of work that is often daunting even sans pandemic, Notley Tide has been a pillar of relief and encouragement.”
