Donate Via IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)

STEP 1

To donate via IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), you must be age 70½ or over. You can transfer up to $100,000 annually to a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization (other than a DAF). For a married couple, if both spouses are age 70½ or over and both have IRAs, each spouse can exclude up to $100,000 for a total of up to $200,000 per year.

STEP 2

Contact your IRA custodian to inform your intention and the donation amount. Make the distribution directly to Notley Impact (EIN: 85-3304316), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Provide your IRA custodian appropriate instructions to send your donation:
