Notley Fellows

About the Fellowship

The Notley Fellowship convenes impact-driven young professionals across industries in programming and projects dedicated to social impact. Throughout the two-year program, Fellows learn from and work directly with the community’s foremost experts and leaders, contributing their talents and building upon their passions. We equip rising changemakers with the resources and network to elevate their impact.

Programming

Since 2018, the Notley Fellowship has provided a mix of programming, professional development and immersive projects to empower Fellows as they innovate and build a strong network of social leaders, mentors and collaborators. Year One focuses on education and skills development through engaging conversations with some of their city’s biggest trailblazers of social innovation on a monthly cadence. Year Two allows Fellows to deploy their skills, passions and network to collaboratively address a community issue, working directly with initiatives across the ecosystem or a project of their choosing.

Leadership & Professional Development Sessions

Fellows have intimate, candid conversations and workshops that dive deeper into how changemakers create, scale and grow initiatives. These conversations shine a light on the intersecting social issues facing our communities and provide opportunities for Fellows to directly engage with leaders.

Network Expansion

The Notley Fellowship is not just a program, it’s a community. Our conversations cover the gamut of the latest technologies we’re sampling, what we’re watching and reading, and how we’re all grappling with demands in work, family and social lives amidst changing times.

Each cohort helps shape and direct the Fellowship experience. Fellows immediately have access to our growing ecosystem of social impact leaders. We are here along the way to help facilitate connections and make all the introductions …one of the many lifetime perks of being Notley Fellow.

Immersive Project-based Experiences

Fellows commit to exploring and executing a social impact project during the second year of the Fellowship. Fellows will work alongside experts and social innovators who are in the early stages of launching initiatives, expanding their work or investigating new concepts.

These projects allow Fellows to apply learnings from the speaker events and professional development sessions to address pressing community issues they care most about. Fellows also have the opportunity to share their progress and workshop roadblocks during project share sessions.
