Preston is the Co-Founder/CEO of DivInc, which is the first early stage tech startup accelerator in Texas exclusively for people of color and women tech entrepreneurs. Founded in 2016, DivInc has helped launch 96 companies. A former 20-year veteran at Dell, Preston served in executive leadership roles in Enterprise IT Sales and Consulting and also served as the Managing Director for the Dell Global Center for Entrepreneurship.

Nancy Pollard is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Friends of the Children–Austin, Friends of the Children’s first Texas chapter. She has more than fifteen years of experience volunteering in, building and leading local and national nonprofit organizations. She is the founder of Verde Leaders, a youth development program for teenagers in low-income Austin communities. Llyas’s drive for philanthropy stems from being a foster kid for 15 years, which inspired him to become a Certified Nonprofit Professional. LLyas’s strategies helped Texas Empowerment Academy implement a new Development Department, while also growing their fundraising from zero to a few million dollars. He is also managing their 24M Capital Campaign, which will be the largest education investment in the Austin, Texas African- American Community since 1881.

Matt Stephenson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Code2College, a nonprofit that provides underrepresented students with the skills necessary to succeed in STEM majors and careers. Today, Code2College delivers programming in 15 cities and has served 1,668 students. Code2College has pioneered the high school technical paid internship program, which allows students to work with software engineers and key business partners on real-world projects.
